All flanges conform strictly to GOST 12820-80 / ANSI B16.5 / EN1092 / BS4504 / JIS B2220-2012 / DIN / AMSE B16.5. The tolerance for the bolt circle diameter is controlled within ±0.5 mm (industry typical: ±1.0 mm). The flatness deviation of the sealing face does not exceed 0.2 mm, ensuring highly effective sealing with the piping system.

Flanges are made of forged A182  F304/F316L stainless steel per ASME B16.5 Class 300. Chemical composition is fully verified by optical emission spectrometry complying with ASTM requirements. Actual yield strength exceeds the minimum standard value by no less than 20%.

The raised face hardness is uniformly 140–180 HB with a maximum variation ≤15 HB on a single flange. No visible leakage is observed, and helium leak test shows a rate ≤1e-6 Pa·m³/s

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.

Yes, we can provide the required material reports, such as the material certificate, mill certificate, pressure testing report, roughness report, measurement report, and hardness report.
